I Know Our Home is Safe When I’m Out Campaigning; Mahama to Lordina

Former President John Dramani Mahama has publicly lauded the parenting prowess of his life partner, Mrs Lordina Mahama, stating that he is rest assured that their family is in safe hands when he is out undertaking party activities.

On the occasion the occasion of their 32nd marriage anniversary, the couple took to their respective social media pages to express their admiration, affection, appreciation and respect for each other and the roles they play in sustaining the life-long journey they are advancing.

They are satisfied with the kind of environment they have been able to provide as a home in nurturing their family synergically.

The former First Lady was the first to go as she posted, “Allow me to commend you for your unwavering love, wisdom, and ability to balance your public life with your family responsibilities. Your dedication to our family, especially in nurturing our home, is a testament to the leadership qualities you so often exemplify in your public service.”

She said she is eager to do the years ahead of them together.

In response on Facebook, Mr Mahama who is the 2024 Flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) said she is a trusted hand for his children whenever he is on a campaign trail.

“You’ve been my pillar, and as I head out on the campaign, I know our home is safe.
I look forward to many more years of love, laughter, and happiness with you.”
