How Paluta’s ‘Makoma’ Wasn’t Nominated Is Why I Pray Without Ceasing- Delay

Ghanaian media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, believes that anyone who neglects prayer does himself a disservice, as diligence alone, in her view, is not enough.

She believes such is the case of Ghanaian artiste King Paluta after his popular song ‘Makoma’ failed to make it onto any of the major categories in the Telecel Music Awards nominations.

Underscoring the significance of prayer in a Facebook post, Delay wrote, “How @KingPalutaMusic Makoma wasn’t nominated, is why I keep praying without ceasing.”

According to her, one’s rightful entitlement may sneak out of his hands if prayer is not intentionally made consistently.

“Under your very eyes, what belongs to you will be snatched away if you cease praying.”

She therefore advised her Ghanaian followers to make prayer a part of their lives as long as they reside in the West African country.

“You have to pray over time to make it in this country called Ghana!!!”

Meanwhile, Paluta has written to the TGMA Board seeking answers to the exclusion of ‘Makoma’ from categories such as Most Popular Song, Record of the Year and Hiplife Song of the Year.

He also wants to know why he was not nominated for Songwriter of the Year.
