Graduate Returns Certificate To University For Fees Refund

A Nigerian graduate has returned his certificate to receive a refund of his school fees.

According to a video shared by Instablog, a blog on Twitter, the young man graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH).

The graduate has captured in the video ranting with his certificate in his hand a reception.

He was surrounded by some security officers.
