Ghana’s Foundations Will Shake; Anas On Next Expose
Investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has hinted a new documentary is in the offing which will “shake the foundations of Ghana”.
In an interview on The 77 Percent on DW, the head of investigative firm Tiger Eye P.I said the world must sit tight for the new documentary.
Singling out Ghana among the countries his upcoming documentaries focus on, he said it would loved.
He said it might be his last work before the 2024 General elections.
“The work that I’m doing now might be the last before we get into elections. Already the signs are very clear and I can tell you the foundations will be shaking once more. Stay tuned…I mean the foundations of Ghana will shake.”
Anas’ last expose titled “Galamsey Economy” released in November 2022 implicated former Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, Charles Adu Boahen over corruption and corruption-related offences.
The Minister appeared engaging in influence peddling and taking bundles of US Dollars (bribe) from an undercover journalist disguised as a potential investor for Ghana to lead him to the vice president.
Although Mr Adu Boahen denied any wrongdoing, he was immediately dismissed by the President following the premiere of the documentary.
