GES Releases List Of Successful Recruitment Applicants
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of list of applicants who have been successful in filing for recruitment into the Service.
This was announced in a notice on Monday, April 10, 2023.
The successful applicants have been directed to visit https://gespromotions.gov.gh to download their appointment letter.
This is at a fee of GHc10, the GES confirmed in its statement signed by the Head of Human Resource Management and Development, Miss Agela Frimponmaa Nkansah.
Furthermore, successful applicants are to proceed to their respective Regional Education Directorate for subsequent processes.
“Successful applicants are to proceed to their respective Regional Education Directorate with their Ghana Card and other necessary documents for further posting directives and verification.”
Per the GES guidelines, candidates who wish to be considered for employment as teachers should have completed and passed the final-year College of Education Examination; completed the mandatory national service and passed the Teacher Licensure Examination; and should be prepared and ready to work wherever they will be posted by the GES.
Meanwhile, the Service has discredited a notice urging failed applicants to contact a number for redress and purported to be from the GES.
The notice read, “Greetings to all GES recruitment applicants, if you have applied for the recently concluded GES recruitment and have not yet received your appointment letter, we are here to assist you.
“Please be informed that you can reach out to us via DM or or WhatsApp at 0553700659 for prompt assistance.”
The “fake” notice added, “Note: Terms and conditions apply.”
The GES on its official Facebook page urged the public to disregard the notice.
“Disregard please”, it captioned the “fake” notice.
