{Full Report} OSP Publishes Half-year Report

The Office of the Special Prosecutor, in accordance with the law, has published the seventh report on its activities in the past six months.

The report highlights the investigations and prosecutions conducted by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) and developments in respect of the operations of the Office spanning the period 1 January 2025 to 31 July 2025.

“This reporting period was characterised by the intensification of the Office’s prosecutorial mandate. We advanced high-profile investigations to court and initiated bold inquiries into suspected corruption, often in the face of deep-seated resistance from entrenched interests.”

Notwithstanding these, the Office said it remains resolute and guided by the rule of law, fairness, firmness, evidence-based action, and the interest of the public.

The report highlights 7 convictions, 23 persons on trial, 67 ongoing investigations and 152 other cases.
