Fuel Prices Drop
The prices of fuel at some pumps have plunged after seeing an increase in the last pricing window of April this year.
Until Monday, April 30, a litre of diesel was selling at GHC12.99 at both Goil and Total.
During the same period, Goil outlets sold a litre of petrol at GHC13.10 whereas Total fuel stations sold 12.99.
The prices have been reduced in the first pricing window of May 2023.
Goil is now selling a litre of diesel at GHC 12.64- a 0.35 pesewas reduction- while a litre of petrol is going for GHC 12.64- a 0.46 pesewas reduction.
NEW FUEL PRICES EFFECTIVE TUESDAY 2ND MAY, 2023 AT 6AM PROMPT.

The new prices are yet to reflect at various pumps.
The Institute of Energy Securities (IES) predicted a zero reduction in fuel prices in the first half of May citing the depreciation of the cedi against the US dollar in the past few days.
The new prices also allay fears of an increase in the prices of fuel due to the cut in the production of crude by the world’s largest oil exporters.
