Fella Sells FDA-registered Products- Management
The Management of Ghanaian actress Fella Makafui has averred that her products have the requisite legal approval from the relevant agencies.
Fella operates and advertises some body enhancement products. Her business has in recent days come under scrutiny with many questioning the legal backing she has.
A statement released by her Management following what was reported as her arrest over the sale of unregistered drugs; false advertising; and publishing unapproved adverts, said she has all the needed documentations.
It said the products have the approval of the Ghana Traditional Medicine Practice and the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA).
“She shared all necessary information about the issue to assist the investigation and presented her license from the Ghana Traditional Medicine Practice along with details of her FDA-registered products,” the statement which also discredited report of her arrest noted.
Meanwhile it was revealed that she has few products undergoing registration.
“Additionally, she provided information on the few products still undergoing the registration process.”
Her fans have been entreated to say a prayer for her as she “navigates these challenges”.
