FDA Begins Hologram Seal Issuance

Ghana’s Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has introduced a hologram seal.

Certificates and permits issued from November 15 by the FDA will have this hologram which has security features.

The seal will be embossed on all FDA-regulated products, it noted.

According to the FDA, the new feature is intended to ensure authenticity and assurance to customers and consumers.

“Clients and stakeholders including manufacturers, importers, exporters and market authorization holders of FDA-regulated products are therefore to be guided accordingly
