ECG Gets New Managing Director

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced the appointment of a new Managing Director in the stead of Kwame Agyeman-Budu.

The appointment of the new MD, Samuel Dubik Mahama took effect on Monday, May 16, 2022.

He was appointed by the Board of Directors of the ECG, according to the Director of Communication at the ECG, William Boateng.

According to the ECG, Dubik Mahama was among the Board members of the ECG before his appointment.

“Mr. Dunik Mahama was Board Member of ECG before his appointment, an astute legal practitioner, solicitor in the energy sector, and a former law lecturer”.
