ECG Announces Changes to Mobile App

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has redesigned PowerApp, its official smartphone app for all customers, special load tariff users and vendors of the ECG.

According to the company, the new design is more user-friendly and will be rolled out starting on Saturday.

The public was notified of this in a statement on February 19, 2025.

“The Electricity Company of Ghana wishes to inform our cherished customers that they will experience a redesigned and more user-friendly home page on the App from the 22nd February 2025.”

The ECG noted that the change will not adversely affect the use of the mobile App.
