Chiefs Must Focus On Development Not Settlement Of Dispute Only – Asantehene
The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu ll has called on Chiefs to focus on development in their traditional areas but not always on settlement of dispute.
His Majesty made this statement on Thursday, October 6, 2022, during Asanteman Traditional Council meeting at the Manhyia Palace.
Otumfuo advised Chiefs to make developmental projects in their respective traditional areas their topmost priority.
Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu ll called on all Chiefs to come on board with their individual knowledge for the betterment of Asanteman.
He charged Asanteman Standing Committee to function effectively concerning Asanteman development.
According to Asantehene, Chieftaincy nowadays should go beyond traditions as far as developmental projects are concerned.
