Carry Along An Umbrella Today; G-Met Warns

The Ghana Meteorological Agency (G-Met) has issued a directive to Ghanaians to carry along umbrellas as they step out of their homes today.

Regions to experience the rain this morning include the Oti, Eastern, Greater Accra, Northern, Savannah and Upper West regions, the national weather forecasters said.

“You may need an umbrella today as well especially if you are within the Oti, Eastern, Greater Accra, Northern, Savannah and Upper West regions”, the Agency tweeted.

It noted that the rain in the coastal plain of the country will be less.

“The intensity and distribution of the rain will however be lower along the coast.”
