BoG Announces 108th MPC Meeting

The Bank of Ghana (BoG) has announced it will be undertaking its regular 108th Monetary Policy Meeting (MPC) next two weeks.

The meeting will be held from September 20 to September 23, 2022.

It is unclear if the BoG will yet again, increase the Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) this time around after it held an emergency MPC meeting to increase the rate from 19% to 22% in August.

The meeting will culminate with a press conference to announce the outcome of the meeting on September 26, 2022.
