Be Committed and Development Oriented : Chief of Toase to Sub chiefs

The Chief of Toase, Nana Yim Awere Ababio has tasked sub chiefs to be humble, committed and development oriented.

He made this known at the Toase Palace during the enstoolment of four sub-Chiefs for Kwame Dwaa, Nkrumah Nkwanta, Mpanwe and Betinko.

The chief tasked the new sub-chiefs to exhibit high sense of patriotism and device any possible means to foster unity and peace to drive the needed development

Speaking to Opemsuo News, Nana Kwame Dwaah II, the sub chief of Kwame Dwaa, expressed gratitude to Nana Yim Awere Ababio for the love and trust reposed in him.

“This appointment and swearing-in is an honour and I will not take it for granted”, he said.

The sub chief also outlined his vision on education, health and also safeguarding the environment from illegal miners.

He explained that his focus is on education, health and the environment and hopes to use his position to fight against illegal mining which has negatively affected the environment.
