Asuogya Residents Lament Over Bad Roads
The linguist of Asuogya Traditional Area in the Ahafo Ano South West District, Nana Baffour Amoateng has lamented over the terrible roads in their community.
According to Nana Amoateng, the residents encounter several difficulties with movement in the area especially when it rains, and also the traders struggle to get a car to convey their goods to the market and other places.
Speaking to our news reporter, he said the people of Asuogya have never enjoyed any governmental project.
Adding up to what Nana Amoateng said, Nana Acheampong indicated that the road isn’t the only problem at Asuogya but also they lack classroom blocks. He said, due to this problem, the students walk 3 kilometers to school every day.
He urged the government to come to their aid.
Nana Yaw Owusu the Chief of Asuogya said his area has never enjoyed any national development and due to this the area lack development. The government should help solve the problem, he pleaded.
