Asanteman Mourns: BBC Industrial Company Supplies Gallons Of Paint To Beautify Manhyia Palace

BBC Industrial Company, producers of Leyland Paint, have supplied buckets of paint to give a facelift to the Manhyia Palace as it prepares to host the burial rites of the Queen of the Asante Kingdom, Nana Konadu Yiadom III.
The leadership of the company donated 100 gallons of emulsion paint and 40 oil paints for the work.
It also gave 100 cartons of bottled water and cash in support of the cause.
The commendable act of the company was announced to the King of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, when he sat in state to receive the commiseration of the public on September 12, 2025.
A multitude of sympathisers trooped to the Manhyia Palace on Friday to show solidarity with the Asantehene, ahead of the burial rites of Nana Konadu Yiadom III, Asantehemaa.
The occasion was particularly used to donate and extend condolence messages.
Among them were Nananom, the Church of Pentecost, Accra Brewery PLC, Wesley College of Education, Anglican Diocese of Kumasi, Kasapreko Company Limited, BBC Industrial Company, Kumasi Mall, Poultry Farmers Association, Mfum Farms, Bank of Ghana and Prudential Bank.
The burial rites of Her Majesty will begin on September 15 and end on September 18.
