Asantehene Summons Emergency Asanteman Council Meeting

The King of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has summoned an emergency Asanteman Council meeting.

The meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2025, at the Manhyia Palace.

A letter addressed to the Council members on August 7, 2025, said the meeting is mandatory.

“Nananom are expected to attend without fail as attendance is mandatory.”
