Asantehene Eulogises Telecel Ghana CEO
The Monarch of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has praised the Chief Executive Officer of Telecel Ghana, Ing Patricia Obo-Nai.
At the Manhyia Place on August 19, 2025, His Majesty eulogised the leader for her remarkable, exemplary and boundless pursuit of success at personal and corporate levels.
This commendation of the King followed her recognition as the Telecom CEO of the Year and Female CEO of the Year at the 4th Ghana CEO Vision and Awards.
“I would like to commend you on your hard work and feats. I read in the papers your recent recognition and honours.”
Otumfuo also acknowledged the roles played by the supporting staff of the company.
Ing Obo-Nai was immensely grateful to the King for the words of encouragement.
This was during a courtesy visit by the Management of the company to offer condolences to the King over the demise of the Queen, Nana Konadu Yiadom III.
The Queen passed away peacefully at her residence on August 7, 2025. Her one week will be observed on August 21, 2025, at the Manhyia Palace.
