Aduana Stars Declare Operation Win All Home Matches
With eight more matches to end the 2020/21 season, teams are putting their pieces together to either win the ultimate or avoid relegation or of course, finish in the top four.
One of the big guns in the country, Aduana Stars, has declared that they are not losing any point in their five home games starting from Asante Kotoko on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
The Ogya lads have not had a ‘romantic’ season due to injuries of some key players and expiration of contract of certain key players, but they believe that they can yet make amends with eight matches left.
The likes of Yahaya Mohammed, Joseph Addo, Farouk Adams and others have not had a remarkable season due to different factors.
The two times Ghana Premier League winners is lying on the 8th position with 39 points-trying to cement a position in the top four.
Spokesman for the club, Evans Oppong, speaking on Opemsuo 104.7 fm evening sports show, Pramaso, expressed that they have declared Operation to win all home matches starting from Asante Kotoko SC.
“We have declared operations to win all matches at home starting from Asante Kotoko on Saturday. If we are able to win all our five homes, is likely we could win the League.”
He continued, “Injuries and contract expiration of some of our players have affected us this season, however, we still believe we can make amends in the last eight matches.”
“Teams coming to Dormaa should forget to get even a point at this crucial time thanks to the return of Derrick Sassraku, Yahaya Mohammed and Joseph Addo.”
Aduana’s operation win all home matches commence over the weekend against Asante Kotoko SC.
