A/R: Nearly 70 Suspects Arrested in Night Swoop

The police in the Ashanti Region have arrested 67 suspects in what they call  Christmas Special Operations.

The operation was undertaken in various places, including Obuasi, Bekwai, Adansi Odumase, Asiwa Jacobu and Agogo.

A similar operation in the Western North Region earlier this week led to the arrest of 56 suspects at Sefwi-Bodi, Asawinso, Dadieso, Juaboso Akontombra, Sefwi Debiso, Enchi, Sefwi Bekwai, Donyina and Bidiem.
