Maxwell Konadu Handed Injury Boost As Felix Annan, Adom Frimpong And Other Injured Payers Resume Training

Coach Maxwell Konadu has welcomed his captain Felix Annan back to training following two weeks at the periphery due to knee injury he sustained in match day two game in Ghana Premier League with Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park, Berekum.

The captain and goalkeeper returned to training on Sunday, December 13, 2020 to enjoy full-scale training session.
The Kotoko Boss was dealt injury blows last Friday against Legon Cities when three of his players were forced to be substituted after sustaining various degree of injuries.

But the former Black Stars assistant coach had two of the players during the team’s Sunday training at the Adako Jachie training complex.

Midfield duo, Kwame Adom Frimpong and Emmanuel Kayekeh took part of the training today.

Meanwhile, Imoro Ibrahim who was ruled out of Legon Cities game also returned to training.
The Porcupine Warriors have stepped up their preparations ahead of two league matches and a Champions League game.

Asante Kotoko will be busy this festive season as they will honour two of their outstanding matches in the league against Accra Great Olympics and Medeama SC before they host Sudanese giants Al Hilal in the final phase of the CAF Champions League preliminary stage at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.
