Ogum Pleads For Fans’ Unflinching Support

Head Coach of Asante Kotoko Sporting Club, Prosper Narteh Ogum has encouraged fans to rally behind the team for the needed motivation to produce victories.

He emphasized that fans play a crucial role in the success of every team and thereby urged them to play their role by standing behind them for better and for worse times.

“The fans should just be behind us. They can make and unmake us so the moment we realise they have believed in us, I also stay focused and work harder. They should rally behind us in difficult and good times. They never left us when we lost those four matches. I respect how they’ve been behind us,” Ogum commented at a presser.

Fans were atoned with the 2-0 win over Aduana on November 24 at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Stadium in Dormaa.

The team incurred the wrath of fans after the Porcupines suffered four consecutive losses prior to their victory.

“I’m happy, the supporters are happy and before I came here, the ambiance and euphoria in the dressing room [indicated} everyone is happy,” Ogum remarked.
