Ouattara Eyes All 3 Points In Kotoko Clash

Going into their first encounter in the current season against arch-rivals Asante Kotoko, the head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Aboubakar Ouattara, looks for nothing short of a victory.

He is neither in for a defeat nor a draw. He made this clear after his draw against Nsoatreman FC, following their back-to-back win in the league.

“Why not, why not, why not, are you thinking we are going to play because I need a draw, I want the three points?”

The two clubs are booked for a highly anticipated clash at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi on December 14 in the Match Day 13.

Separated by a point, the Phobias occupy the sixth place on the log with 19 points while the Porcupines follow with 18 points.

While Hearts are boosted by one loss from their last five games, Kotoko are with four losses in their last five games.

In their last encounter in the Democracy Cup, Prosper Narteh Ogum’s side humbled the Accra-based club on their home grounds by 2-1.
