2025 AFCONQ: List of 22 Players In Camp
The Ghana Football Association has said 22 players are currently in camp ahead of their departure to Luanda for Ghana’s second-leg qualifier against Angola on Friday.
The team is expected to leave the country on Wednesday, November 13 after two training sessions in Accra.
So far 22 of the 23 called players are in. They include Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Abdul Manaf, Joseph Wollacott, Terry Yegbe, Mohammed Kudus, Gideon Mensah Elisha Owusu, Jordan Ayew, Osman Bukari, and Ransford Yeboah Koningsdoffer.
The rest are Kingsley Schindler, Ibrahim Sulemana, Michael Baidoo, Isaac Afful Razak Simpson, Emmanuel Antwi, Nathaniel Adjei Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Alidu Seidu, Ernest Nuamah Forson Amankwah and Francis Abu.
The only remaining player to report to the camp is Ebenezer Annan. He is expected to be in the country later today after he was handed a late call-up following the withdrawal of eight players from the squad.
“Currently, we have Twenty-two players in camp. Ebenezer Annan is scheduled to arrive tonight, bringing the total to twenty-three before our departure for Angola on Wednesday,” the Communications Director of the FA, Henry Asante Twum announced on Facebook.
In Luanda, the team will train for a day before they take their game against the hosts. This will be followed by a home game three days later against Niger.
