MTN Announces Possible Service Disruption as it Upgrades Network

Telecommunication company MTN has notified customers about ongoing network upgrade activities in the Greater Accra Region.

According to the company, this may result in intermittent disruptions for customers, while the upgrade is aimed at improving the overall customer experience with the Yellow brand.

“We would like to inform you that MTN is currently carrying out a significant network upgrade in the Greater Accra Region to improve our services and your experience with the network.

“As a result of this upgrade, some services may experience intermittent disruptions. Please call 100 or reach out to us via our social media channels, should you need assistance.”

It also rendered an apology for the inconvenience.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.”
