Nsoatreman Get Maxwell Konadu Replacement
MTN FA Cup Champions Nsoatreman FC have contracted the services of Coach Yaw Preko, popularly known as Rush following the exit of Coach Maxwell Konadu.
After winning the FA Cup and placing the team in a respectable position on the league log last season, Coach Maxwell exited the club after mutually agreeing to a termination of his contract earlier this week.
The club in a statement on July 5, 2024, announced the coming of Yaw Preko on a two-year contract.
“Nsoatreman Football Club is glad to announce that an agreement has been reached with Mr Yaw Preko on a two-year mandate to take over as the new Head Coach of the Club!”
The club see him as a perfect replacement for Maxwell.
“The 49-year-old is a perfect fit for the Nsoatreman philosophy and project, considering his track record in developing young players! We are excited to welcome him with his tremendous wealth of experience, Passion, and expertise to our great Club!”
The gaffer previously coached Accra Hearts of Oak, Accra Great Olympics, Ifeanyi Ubah of Nigeria, and the National under-17, and under-20.
He formerly also played for Accra Hearts of Oak, Anderlecht, and Fenerbahce , among others.
