Otumfuo@25: E ON 3 Group Propagates Asantehene’s Peace Works
Multipurpose business entity, E ON 3 Group has commenced a daily propagation of the various peace undertakings by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II as their way of celebrating the unparalleled leadership of the King.
This was announced in a statement on June 3, 2024, by the Executive Chairman of E ON 3 Group, Richard Adjei Mensah Ofori Atta.
According to him, several activities have been slated to propagate the peace work of the King through the use of documentaries, billboards and daily publications.
“We will be erecting billboards and producing a documentary on Otumfuo’s peace initiatives.”
This laudable project by the business entity and its key partners is directed at sensitising the public about the untold immense contribution of His Majesty towards the peace and security of the country over the past 25 years of his reign on the Golden Stool.
“Recognized as ‘Pillar of Peace’, His Majesty has undertaken a number of peace initiatives cutting across politics, education and chieftaincy over the past 25 years, and the E ON 3 Group and its key partners deem it fit to continue to project the successes.”
In 2020, Otumfuo was decorated as a “Pillar of Peace” in the Africa Premier Leadership Awards (APLA) in recognition of his contribution to peace in his jurisdiction and beyond.
His imperial skills and peaceful negotiations, arbitrations and complete resolution to protracted disputes also earned him a commemorative gold coin in his honour. This was minted in 2021.
