Sarkodie Thanks Subscribers For 1 Million YouTube Subscriptions
Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie has expressed his appreciation upon reaching 1 Million subscribers on video sharing social media platform YouTube.
The rapper becomes the first Ghanaian artiste to reach this feat according to Charts Ghana- “Ghana’s biggest music chart platform”.
“@sarkodie becomes the first Ghanaian Artiste to have 1M YouTube subscribers,” it announced on Twitter on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
In reaction, Sarkodie acknowledged his subscribers.

The one million subscribers achievement follows the release of his diss song “Try Me” two weeks ago which rebutted Yvonne Nelson’s claims that he impregnated her and pushed her for an abortion in 2010.
The rap topped trending songs on the social media platform on June 28, 2023, records show ,and has so far garnered 863,890 views.
Sarkodie Joined Youtube on December 2, 2012, and has since released 266 videos- his last being “Try Me”- which have received 300,443,844 views.
