Truba Residents Appeal To ECG To Discard Burnt Electricity Pole

The Residents of Truba Community in the Kwabre East Municipality have appealed to the Electricity Company of Ghana(ECG) to discard one of their electricity pole which is near collapse.

According to the residents, the electricity pole was razed by fire supposedly caused by hunters as the place happens to be a new site.

Speaking to Opemsuo news Reporter, Adwoa Serwaah Yonkodo, they expressed bitterness over the fact that they have complained to ECG Officials at Fawoade but have gotten no positive response.

“The pole is posing fear and panic on our lives” they wailed.

They called on ECG Officials to get rid of the burnt electricity pole to avert unforeseen disaster at the Truba Community.
