NSA Releases Second Batch Of 2026/2027 Postings

The National Service Authority (NSA) has released the second batch of postings for the 2026/2027 service year.
It was released on October 12, 2026, according to a statement issued by the Authority, with subsequent batches expected to follow in the coming days.
The announcement comes as prospective National Service Personnel (NSPs) who are yet to receive their postings await deployment.
The NSA assured all affected prospective personnel that the posting process is ongoing and urged them to remain calm and patient as the necessary arrangements are finalised.
It said all eligible applicants who are yet to be posted will have their postings completed in due course.
As part of efforts to expand employment opportunities, the Authority said it is placing greater emphasis on private sector placements to complement opportunities within the public sector.
The initiative is aimed at broadening the range of institutions and organisations available to prospective personnel while strengthening the link between national service and the world of work.
The NSA noted that it recognises national service as a pathway to employment and professional development and is committed to working more closely with private sector organisations to create meaningful placement opportunities that equip personnel with relevant workplace experience, practical skills and competencies required in today’s job market.
Beyond the service year, the Authority said it is committed to promoting the retention of National Service Personnel by their host organisations after completion of their service.
It believes stronger collaboration with the private sector can help deserving personnel transition from national service into sustainable employment, thereby contributing to youth employment, productivity and national development.
The Authority has therefore encouraged private sector organisations, businesses and other eligible institutions to partner with it by offering placement opportunities and considering qualified personnel for permanent employment after service.
It advised prospective personnel to rely on its official communication channels for updates and further information regarding their deployment.
