ECG Contact Centre Line Temporarily Out Of Service Due To Fibre Cut

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced a disruption to its Contact Centre line.

In a notice issued on Tuesday, 13th October 2026, the company said its Contact Centre line (0302 611 611) is currently out of service due to a fibre cut.

It said its technical team and the service provider are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile, customers can reach the company for enquiries and assistance through its official social media handles on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn via @ECGghOfficial or via email at help@ecggh.com.

The company apologised for the inconvenience caused.
