Unflappable Ibrahim Danlad Optimistic of King Faisal Survival

Young enterprising goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad, has insisted that his side will be able to avoid relegation this season in spite of his rigorous the season has been.

Danlad who is on loan at King Faisal believes that their recent performance in the ongoing season should be able to aid them to avoid relegation.

The Kumasi based team has recorded back-to-back victories which has raked them from the relegation zone.

Speaking about their recent staggering form, the phenomenal goalkeeper said, “Our performance and our position on the league log doesn’t correlate, so we needed to do something.”

“The bottom clubs are not better than King Faisal, I promise we will survive and not be relegated,” he concluded.

The Africa U-20 winner’s meticulous work at the national team as well as club side has earned him a call-up into the Ghana Black Stars.
