NSA Invites Requests For NSS Personnel By User Agencies

The National Service Authority (NSA) is inviting requests from potential User Agencies including Private Corporate Organisations for the deployment of National Service personnel.

In a statement, the Authority acknowledged the human resource challenges faced by both private and public organizations and urged User Agencies to leverage the opportunity to strengthen their workforce by engaging National Service Personnel.

“The National Service Authority (NSA) invites requests from User Agencies, including Private Corporate Organisations, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Security Agencies, and all other interested entities to host National Service Personnel (NSP) for the 2025/2026 service year.”

Interested user agencies are to submit their requests by April 30, 2025, to secure skilled personnel for their operations, it said.

The request, it said, indicates the number of personnel needed and specifies the required academic or professional qualifications via the flair platform at www.myflair.africg or directly by email to support@nss.gov.gh.

“All submissions must be made on official letterhead and include the organisation’s official address, email, phone number, and location,” it directed.

Meanwhile, agencies with special placement needs were advised to contact the NSA Secretariat for further discussions and arrangements.
