Mcbrown to Secure Release of 47 Inmates

Ghanaian actress Nana Ama McBrown is known for her charitable ventures each year on her birthday; however, this year’s celebration is taking a different twist as she takes it to the prisons.

The actress seeks to secure the release of 47 inmates and offer them another chance at life as she celebrates her 47th birthday.

This was confirmed by the Crimes Check Ghana.

“Today is a special day because a sister is marking her birthday. She is none other than Nana Ama Mcbrown. She will be 47 years old on the 15th and so she has committed to release 47 inmates. I hope you join in prayer for her.”

Among the 47 is one identified as Francis who has been behind bars for a decade for petty offences.

“(Perhaps a new prison record) But the one releasing him says we all fall short of the glory of God. As the young man reunites with his family, he swears never to return. Many thanks to Nana Ama Mcbrown as she plans to release 47 on her 47th birthday this month,” Crime Check Ghana said.

Last year, Mcbrown undertook her charitable project in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region by donating to Bekwai Municipal Hospital.
