Kwame Addo Kuffour Appointed KsTU Chancellor

Politician and brother of former President John Agyekum Kuffour has been appointed the Chancellor of the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), formerly the Kumasi Polytechnic.

Kwame Addo Kuffour will be the first Chancellor of the institution which metamorphosed into a University in 2017.

He will be inducted and sworn in on September 30, 2022.

Professor Nana Osei-Wusu Achiaw is the first Vice Chancellor of the Kumasi Technical University.

Addo Kuffour was a member of parliament for the Manhyia constituency.

He was also Ghana’s Minister for Defence from 2001 to 2007 and the Minister for Interior between June 2008 and 2009 under his brother’s government.
