Journalist Kofi Adomah has shared a picture of himself for the first time after weeks of absence from the country and social media.
His absence, it is recalled, followed an alleged attack from a gang on August 6.
A police report said that the broadcaster was attacked at Old Ashongman Village in Accra.
A viral video showed Kofi Adomah in a wheelchair with numerous cuts over his body.
Last night, he shared a picture of himself on Facebook overseas and captioned it, “If you want to fly, give up anything that weighs you down. Miss you all”.
The post, which has since been deleted, garnered a lot of reactions from his followers with some urging him to stay off social media and others advising him to remain overseas.
But in a subsequent post, the broadcaster reacted to the comments noting that their pleas are impossible.
“I keep getting these msgs.
- Braa Kofi Don’t come to Ghana again
- Stay off social media
- Ghana is my country
- I am a media person
I will be back soon.”
