It Is Never True The Board of Directors Have Planned To Buy An Aeroplane- Kwadwo Boateng Genfi

Board Member, Kwadwo Boateng Genfi, has described various publications stating that the Board of Directors of Asante Kotoko have resolved to buy aircraft for the Ghanaian giants as misleading and lack validity.

Various portals since last week have published that Asante Kotoko Board of Directors are in the process of purchasing aircraft for the two-time CAF Champions League winner, but the spokesman for the Board, Kwadwo Boateng Genfi in an exclusive interview with Opemsuo.com reporter, Sasu Danquah High Priest, says it is a cooked up story aimed at creating confusion.

According to the renowned banker, supporters of the Club should treat the story with the contempt it deserves and never trust such news portals for Kotoko news.
“I have noted with utter shock and dismay the uninformed news carried by various sports tabloids that the Board of Kotoko is in the process of buying aircraft. It is misleading, lack validity and unintelligible,” said Kwadwo Boateng Genfi.

He continued, “It is extremely alarming that in this era, people will publish such lies and this kind of bygone job will be done by a Media outfit who as a matter of necessity is supposed to dispassionately report accurate and valid information. Our vociferous supporters should disregard it completely.”

He further warned those who would want to hide behind a noble profession like Journalism to cause catastrophic mayhem and confusion to be careful since they have their reputation to protect.
“Let me use this medium to warn those who take their psychological satisfaction from lies and unsubstantiated allegations. The Board will take on anyone who publishes false stories to blight our hard won reputations.”

The 12-Member Board of Directors are working assiduously to help the Ghanaian giants wake up from slumber and compete extravagantly not only in Ghana but on the continent too.
