Finance Minister Will Lose His Family – Vice Chairmain for Toll workers Union

The Vice-Chairman for Toll workers Union, Mr. Emmanuel Obour Boateng has expressed his grief over the closer of toll without prior notice to toll workers, saying that the minister may end up losing his family over this.

“If care is not taken the Finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta will lose his family and everything”.

He went further to say that, “if they won’t reassign us, they should pay our arrears”.

Speaking in an interview on Opemsuo radio’s Morning show Nkwantananso today, The Vice-Chairman disclosed that they haven’t been paid for the past 12 months.

“I have come to understand that persons with disabilities are not part of the society, because they even failed to notify us,” he said.

According to Him, they campaigned for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the 2020 General elections the governing party has failed them.

“We campaigned because of their promise to persons with disabilities but they have failed us now” he added.
