Edem Charged For Allegedly Killing Woman In Run Over

Award-winning Ghanaian artiste Denning Edem Hotor has been charged after allegedly knocking and killing a woman with his car.

The rapper is reportedly facing two counts of careless and inconsiderate driving as well as negligently causing harm.

He was arraigned at the Kaneshie District Court on Monday, December 11, 2023, where he was granted a GHC50,000 by the presiding judge, Nana Abena Asor Owusu Amenyo.

It is reported that he knocked down a pedestrian on the George Walker Bush Highway on Sunday, December 10.

His docket has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for onward advice as his plea was not taken in court today.
