Cheddar Promised to Buy a Bus for my School – Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win

Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has shared that Nana Kwame Bediako, the presidential aspirant and leader of the New Force Movement, has promised to provide a bus for his school, Great Minds International School.

“Cheddar,  New Force too has promised me a bus, but it is yet to come. When it comes, I will let the public know,” Lil Win revealed.

Currently, Lil Win faces significant challenges in running his school, particularly with transportation. He mentioned that when the school’s bus breaks down, he has to hire another bus, which incurs additional costs.

He called on the government to assist educational institutions by providing them with buses, especially those lying idle in garages and ‘decaying’.

“You know, in this country, the government has many buses in various garages. Sometimes, you will see some with burst tires, and some have had accidents and are decaying. These vehicles were purchased with money, so if the government carries them and gives them to schools, one by one, and says every month pay GHC200 or GHC300, calculate how much it will earn from it. Parents of these children too vote.”

It is worth noting that former President John Dramani Mahama previously gifted Lil Win a bus. However, when asked if this would influence him to campaign for Mahama, Lil Win maintained his stance of political neutrality.

“I can’t campaign for Mahama; I’m a country asset. I can’t do any campaign because I am a country asset. I love NPP, NDC, New Force—I love all the political parties. I can’t stand behind one. Any mother who stands behind one of your children brings dispute. As an actor, even if I am needy, I won’t do politics for NPP, NDC, or CPP because I am in the middle so that everyone is satisfied,” he explained.

In related news, Lil Win is set to premiere his latest movie, “A Country Called Ghana,” on May 25 at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi.
