Asenso Boakye Presents Tablets To Bantama OCRC Winners

Member of Parliament for Bantama Constituency, Hon. Francis Asenso Boakye, has given out a tablet each to community winners of the Otumfuo Community Reading Challenge (OCRC) in his constituency.
The MP’s gesture follows a visit to his office by the six winners together with their relatives.
He urged them to work harder and return with the grand prize to the Constituency.
Winners from Manhyia-North Constituency, will also pay a courtesy call on Hon. Akwasi Prempeh on Friday, September 10, 2021, while those from Manhyia-South will grace the office of Hon. Matthew Opoku Prempeh at the weekend.

The Otumfuo Community Challenge is an initiative of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation (OOTIIF) in the quest to promote reading in Twi and English languages among Junior High School children.
Being the first of its kind from OOTII Foundation, 60 contestants have sailed through after a community banter in some 60 communities in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The Kick-out Stage will take off from 15th-18th September, 2021.
