Take The Safety Of Children Seriously- Police

The Police Service has called on parents to see to the welfare of their children once they are out to play following the mysterious death of two toddlers.
Two kids, aged three (3) years, were found dead in a broken-down Mercedes Benz saloon car in a mechanic shop at Alajo in Accra on Friday, October 15th, 2021.
 
According to the police, investigations to ascertain the cause of the death have been commenced.
The bodies, the police say, have been conveyed to the Police Hospital Morgue for autopsy and investigation.
“We wish to advise parents and guardians to take the safety of their children seriously and to always keep an eye on them whenever they are out to play”, the police said in a statement.
Meanwhile, automobile mechanics are entreated to enclose their shops to control access to unauthorized persons including children, the police added.
