Government Not Forthright In Providing Details Of The Presidential Jet.

Minority Leader and Member of Parliament for Tamale South, Haruna Iddrisu has expressed his worry over why the Government is not forthright in providing the details of the Presidential jet.
According to him, using the public purse to enhance the comfort of the President as against fighting poverty in Ghana is not prudent.
“Nobody is saying the President should not engage, President Akuffo-Addo is not the first Ghanaian President to be there at the UN General Assembly under the 4th Republic”.
“Every other President has travelled to the UN General Assembly, what we want for them to tell us the fault the Presidential Jet is having “, he said.
