It is hopeful that it will be resolved by the close of today.

It also apologised for the inconvenience caused.
”I would like to apologise to all customers of the Electricity Company of Ghana who attempted to purchase power and they were not able to purchase power, the company admits its fault, the company admits that it was not able to deliver on the service.”
Last week, ECG customers in Accra, Kumasi, Volta, Takoradi, Tema, Cape Coast, Kasoa, Winneba, Swedru, Koforidua, Nkawkaw and Tafo reported challenges in purchasing electricity credits from various points including ECG offices across the country.
