Queen Elizabeth II’s death certificate has shown that she died as a result of old age.

The Death Certificate shows that she died on September 8, 2022, at exactly 1510 hours at the Balmoral Castle.

The certificate is certified by Douglas James Allan Glass, a Certifying registered practitioner.

It was published by National Records of Scotland on Thursday, September 29, 2022.

The Queen died at 96 a few hours after Buckingham Palace had issued a statement to the effect that the Queen’s doctors were worried about her health.
