We Remain Our Stance Of Going On Strike- Fufu Pounders Association Emphasize

The president of the Chop Bar Fufu Pounders Association in Ghana, Napo koomson has announced that fufu pounders will soon go on strike due to low salaries.

According to Mr koomson, their job is very difficult and their employers must increase their salaries to better their lives.

“Their colleagues in Accra are enjoying themselves due to how good they are paid”, he stated.

He revealed that the fufu pounded machine is very dangerous to use due to its ineffectiveness in the long run which their employees should be glad about their work.

According to Napo koomson, fufu pounders are paid 20 for a whole day which needs to be increased to 30 or 40 to motivate them in their job.

If employees do not work on their salaries as soon as possible about the situation, they will advise themselves, we will go on strike any moment from today.
