2022 Budget Ruled Out – Our Parliamentary Correspondent Confirms.

Opemsuo radio’s parliamentary correspondent, Mr. Kwaku Boffah has disclosed that according to parliamentary Hansard and records the 2022 Budget has been ruled out.

Speaking in an interview with Agudey on Opemsuo radio’s Morning show Nkwantananso today he stated that on Friday, November 26th, 2021 Parliament in the process of concluding the debate on the budget encountered a disagreement between the Minority and Majority caucus.

According to Kwaku Boffah, their disagreement was centered on tax on the Momo thus E-levy and Bankers draft for school.

Also, the Governments’ Charges are increased by 15%

There is an automatic adjustment of inflation thus anytime the rate of the dollar increases the charges automatically increase.

A walkout by the Majority from Parliament didn’t keep the House from proceeding with the matter of the day.

Individuals on the greater part side organized a walkout after a conflict over a voice vote which didn’t go in support of them.

“The No’s have it. The movement is in a like manner lost”, the Speaker angrily said.
Parliament was to close the discussion on the 2022 spending plan explanation and support the arrangement record today.
